History
The home is not present on the 1897 atlas of Haverford, but is present on the 1908 map of the town. Its first known owners were the Paists, who lived in the home for the 1910 census, and are also present on the 1913 atlas under the name "F.E. Paist".

John died in 1941. It is unclear how long the Kirks lived in the home after that; the home is not present on the 1950 census from what I could find. By 1949, the Williams family (originally of Ashley, Luzerne County) lived in the home. The next year, the home was listed for sale for $21,500.

By 1958, the Russell family was living there at the time of Charlotte Russell (née Kaufmann) died. Her second husband, Lester, died in 1964. His daughter, Lillian, sold the home in 1967 to the Jamiesons for $23,500, who sold the home to the Sailings in 1969 for $26,000. They put the house on the market in 1974 for $52,990. It sold in 1977 to the Rhodas for $50,000.
In 1979, the Rhodas sold the home to the Prestileos for $58,500, and they sold the home in 2001 for $280,000.
